Preparation
  1. Line a muffin pan (I use a 12 cup muffin pan) with muffin paper liners.
Method
  1. Put the olive oil into a bowl, add the Italian herbs and the dried to tomatoes. Let it soak for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime cut the salami and the boiled ham to bits and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius upper and lower heat.
  3. Put the dry ingredients into a 2nd bowl and mix them.
  4. Crack the egg into a 3rd bowl and whisk it.
  5. Add the liquid ingredients to it and combine them. 
  6. Transfer the oil, tomatoes and herbs to the liquid ingredients, add these to the dry ingredients and combine them.
  7. Fill the dough into a muffin pan.
  8. Now sprinkle the muffins with the cheese, place the muffin pan on the middle rack in the preheated oven & bake for 25min.
